Talitha Dance presents a livestream new year’s wellness celebration to help you start your year off calm and strong. Starting at 11:30AM, we’re offering strength, stretching, cardio, and meditation, with 6 different instructors and two gift giveaways! When you register, whether you attend or not, you will receive an on-demand video of your class available for 7 days after the event.
Giveaway #1 attend the event: Each livestream class you attend livestream gets your name entered into a raffle to win a wellness gift basket.
Giveaway #2 participate on social media: 1. Follow @TalithaDance on Facebook/Instagram 2. Register for one or more of the classes in our event. 3. Tag at least 2 friends in the post comments and include an additional tag thanking the person that shared this event with you. A bonus entry will be awarded every time you are thanked.

Submit your donation (suggested donation for each class is $10) via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. Please note on your donation which classes you are registering for.
Once your registration is complete (both donation AND liability waiver complete) you’ll receive an email confirming your successful RSVP and on the morning of class you will receive the pertinent class link details.
Please Note:
On your liability waiver, be sure to submit an email address you will check because that is where your RSVP confirmation and class details will be sent.
All donations are non-refundable.
Your registration isn’t complete until both your donation AND liability waiver are received.
Only the instructors are recorded for each class.
For Zumba, sneakers or other joint support (compression sleeves/socks) are recommended. Your camera must be on for this class.
For Barre, no equipment necessary except a mat, this class is done barefoot. Your camera must be on for this class.
For Pilates, you’ll need floor space and a mat or padded surface to lay on. A small pillow or towel may be useful for those with neck issues. Having cameras on is preferred for this class.
For the meditation class, there will be journal reflection and a gentle/mild stretch so bring a journal/pen and a mat if you’d like a little cushion for the stretch.
For the HIIT class, a mat or towel for the floor work is recommended. Having the camera on is optional for this class.
