Zumba 

Our Zumba® class is a moderate intensity workout to Caribbean, Latin, Indian, K-Pop, and other international rhythms, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy. Movement progressions and modifications make this routine available to all levels, no dance experience necessary. Circle songs, routines that face each of the four corners, and social dances like the Wobble & Jerusalema will have you forgetting about how you look and tapping into all the good feels in no time! Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes and bring your fun!

Zumba Sentao® offers the same wild and free cardio fun while introducing basic strength training using a stationary chair. These moves are beginner friendly and come with options and modifications to fit individual needs.
