As 2021 approaches, we all hold our breath hoping for renewed energy. The reality is, we will wake up on Jan. 1, 2021 holding the same things we went to bed holding on Dec. 31, 2020. If you haven’t taken a moment to reflect on what you want to change, seize this moment (consider it part of your 12 Days of Fitness 30 min. me-time😉). What held you down in 2020 that you want to shake off for good? What are you hoping to see less of in 2021? Certain emotions/energies? Particular people? Feel free to purge in the comments, or just meditate on it on your own.

A few months ago I came across a “safe space” post and it helped me more than I thought it would. Although I journal often, I didn’t realize how helpful it would be to just dump some of my baggage in a place outside of myself that could safely absorb its energy. It was also helpful to read that other people were holding some the same heavy things too.

If you would find it useful, this safe space is here for you to release whatever you would like to leave behind in 2020. I hope it helps you feel lighter and not so alone.
