Do you take a reflective moment? Do you rest a little more?
This week is the last week of our Spring season, from 6/18-6/26 we’ll be taking a break from our regular weekly classes. Usually, we spend our seasonal breaks in reflection, evaluating what was successful about the past season, what needed improvement (we review your feedback, so speak up and be heard!), establishing goals for the new season, and making necessary tweaks and adjustments. Since we’re not partying with you, we usually also take the time to enjoy other me-time activities like enjoying a good book under a tree.
