1:1 Sessions

The secret sauce to success with one-on-one sessions is you! We work with you to create an effective plan and you do the homework putting it into action between sessions. Commitment and consistency will see you meet your goals, and we’ll be right there to guide you and celebrate with you along the way. Are you ready to step up?

When you (the only expert on you there is) meet us (helpful fitness guides), personalized workouts are born that account for your history, schedule, body, goals, and most importantly, YOU! After all, who else is your workout supposed to be about?

All initial sessions are 1 hour and include assessments. Initial assessments can be done through small group training.

1 hour $120, 45 min $90, 30 min $60
