Admission to the full event including:

Barr-umba: 1:15pm-2:15pm A 30 minute dose of spirit lifting moderate intensity dance cardio followed by a grounding 30 minutes of ballet, yoga, and pilates inspired strength training led by fitness instructor and wellness coach Talitha J. All abilities and experience levels are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one - limited quantities will be available to borrow if you don’t have one.

Sound Bath: 2:30pm-3:30pm A 60 minute introspective sound journey presented by Sunseed and Erica of Bohemian Vibe. Experience the soothing vibrations of meditative sound instruments such as gongs and singing bowls, aiding deep relaxation and healing. Bring a mat and blanket to cover with if you have them - limited quantities will be available to borrow if you don’t have them.

Art Connection: 3:45pm-4:45pm A 60 minute creative experience offered by art workshop leader Sylver G. Practice using art as a tool to connect to self, environment, and community to gain stronger awareness of the effects of your contributions and the internal & external influences affecting your creative ability. Supplies will be provided, bring a bag for carrying your notebook-sized artworks home.
