It's officially the last month of the year and we're here to help you get your fitness on around all the holiday parties, late nights at work, and traveling! Jump start your New Year and join us for our 12 Days of Fitness from Sunday 12/9- Thursday 12/20 and get in 10 workouts, each 45 minutes or longer to complete the challenge. We'll even have extra early morning and late night classes during those dates to work around your schedule! Check us out at our LES home at 9PM for our Late Night at the Barre, and at 7AM for our Sunrise Zumba. These special classes are exclusively for our 12 Days of Fitness so get them before they’re gone!
We'd love for all your 12 Days of Fitness workouts to be with us 😉 but we'd love it more if you commit to a fitness plan you can keep, so we've highlighted different instructors and fitness studios on our Instagram and Facebook to give you some other workout options. We also want to hear from you, so share your favorite workouts in the comments below and on your social media with the hashtag #TalithaDance12daysoffitness2018 and let's inspire each other to get (and stay) moving this season!
For the challenge, you can workout at home, in private training sessions, in group fitness classes, or get your low impact walking/swimming/biking in, the sky’s the limit, it’s up to you! It can be one workout per day, or multiple workouts in fewer days, or 45 minutes broken up throughout each day if you don’t have the time to do it in one chunk…whatever you do to get active, take a picture and share it! You can email it to me if you’d like and I’ll post it without your name to the hashtag #TalithaDance12daysoffitness2018, or you can post it and hashtag it yourself!
