12 Days of Fitness 2019


Join us for our 12 Days of Fitness personal challenge starting Friday, 12/20 to keep you moving during the last days of the year so that you start your new year feeling ready to handle whatever is coming your way!

The Challenge: For the 12 days before the new year (from 12/20-12/31) get in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day with the exception of two recovery days. We'll be posting exercise ideas, classes, events, and opportunities throughout the month on our social media sites with the hashtag #TalithaDance12DaysofFitness so you can plan a balanced 12 day routine. Here on our event page, we'll share ten 30-minute workout ideas you can do at home so you can participate regardless of whether or not you have social media, or whether or not you can get to a gym/fitness class.

Participate: This is a personal challenge so build a balanced fitness routine that works for you using the resources we share or your own mix of favorite fitness ideas, then share it with us as you complete each day. Whether you do it with your family and friends or you sweat solo, send us photos of any classes you attend, sweaty selfies, and fitness studio (or home workout set-up) shots with the hashtag #TalithaDance12DaysofFitness and let's encourage each other to keep moving into the New Year!
