I was looking for a fun way to get my exercise in without feeling like I was forcing myself to work out. I went for my first ever Zumba class by myself, but certainly didn't feel alone. Every day is a new and fun experience on my fitness journey. Talitha has a great balance of high and low intensity moves that keep me motivated to complete the workout. Her attitude towards each individual that steps into that room is nothing less than warm and inviting.

I feel like I have met friends for life in this class. We laugh, we support each other, we get silly with it, and those are only some of the reasons I keep coming back. It really feels like a family. Whenever I need to take some time off people are always so supportive and so happy to welcome me back with open arms. It's a wonderful feeling.
