My cholesterol was on the high side so the doctor recommended more exercise. I was already going to the gym but wanted something more fun and I love dancing. Such a fantastic class and teacher. I was hooked from the start-the music is great, the routines are fun and can be challenging, and the community! And after a year my cholesterol was lower!

I’m so thankful that Talitha does the work she does and makes it so accessible to so many different kinds of people. I appreciate how she makes each person in class feel special and powerful. I am so grateful she kept going through this pandemic. I recommend these classes to everyone who loves to sweat and dance! If you love Zumba, you will love this class.
