As we are preparing for week 2 of sharing healing tools in our Stand on Business Empowerment Workshop, this is the perfect time to share other healing tools that are not included in this workshop but have been equally powerful in amplifying my inner direction. One of such tools is working with my chakras.
This past summer I had the insightful experience of participating in a Chakra Balancing Series offered by Ivelisse of Energy Exchange. I learned so much about myself through the 7 weeks, I have to share the experience in case anyone else is considering such a course.
Energy Exchange’s series was for the healer on the go, so the sessions were short sweet 45 minute bites of information and practice with homework to continue the work. Starting with the root and working up through the seven major chakras, Ivelisse offered a blend of tools to help activate the chakras. From colors, scents, sounds, and movements she offered a range of modalities to use that tap into each energy center. On top of all that - which she summarized in a handy chakra cheat sheet at the end of each week - she held space for us to visualize the themes of each chakra, draw what comes to mind as a record and snapshot of our current condition, and she guided us in mini self-reiki practices. These are a few of the unique elements Ivelisse brought to her Chakra Balancing Series that most don’t include and it allowed me as a participant to experience new ways to connect with these centers.
I found the series itself to be extremely helpful in opening up directions for growth. As an artist, I resonated with connecting spiritually through visualization and art. Once I tapped in, my work showed me where I need to give more attention and what parts were already vibrating at helpful frequencies. As I delved more into what was behind each message I saw my comfort zone expanding, my understanding of blockages within myself highlighted and began clearing limiting beliefs, and I felt myself going into the uncomfortable process of growth.
Now, weeks after the course has finished I am seeing the work I started during that time really taking root. = now working through the challenges and realities that come with planting those seeds. I’m grateful for the shift and the clarity and I wanted to share this tool in case someone else is looking for direction. I highly recommend this course from Energy Exchange, if Ivelisse does host it again. For $10, there really is so much to gain from each session, it’s more than worth it.
