Ok so FAM!
Y'all know I usually have difficulty getting in front of a camera to just talk, but I HAVE to put you on to this if you don't already know. (And if you do already know and didn't tell me... I thought we were friends🥺)
So as I said in the video, I'm not a coconut water fan. I've tried a few and all of them were a hard pass for me. Once Upon A Coconut has my soul in a headlock and I'm willingly succumbing. After drinking a Liter of this coconut water then teaching my moderate to vigorous Zumba class yesterday and again today, my body feels good! Although I usually drink plenty water, I don't feel as depleted as usual (yay for proper hydration WITH natural electrolytes!)
I really hope the folks at Once Upon A Coconut see and understand the soulmate they've just encountered, and I hope the feeling is mutual.
