Upgraded virtual class options!

I'm excited to share the upgrades we've made to our virtual class offerings!

We now offer muscular endurance training through Barre, and dance cardio through Zumba with low-moderate intensity and moderate-vigorous intensity options. And you get all of this each week so you can find freedom in your body wherever your energy level is whenever your schedule finally lets you be great.
