GROUP FITNESS EXPIRATION INFORMATION:
Expiration dates:
Single class purchases expire 30 days after date of purchase.
3-class packages are good for 3 months from date of first use.
5-class packages are good for 4 months from date of first use.
10-class packages are good for 5 months from date of first use.
Groupons will also follow this expiration schedule.
Any class packages purchased before 1/1/2019 will not expire.
Groupon users note: When re-purchasing a Groupon, please note you must wait 90 days after the final class of your previous voucher is used before redeeming another voucher.
1:1 SESSION EXPIRATION INFORMATION:
Single session purchases expire 30 days after date of purchase.
3-session packages are good for 3 months from date of first use.
5-session packages are good for 4 months from date of first use.
10-session packages are good for 5 months from date of first use
REFUNDS
Refunds are distributed only within the first month after purchase.
No refunds after the first session of the package has been used.
LOYALTY PERKS:
1:1 Session Loyalty program:
Returning 1:1 session clients receive 10% off their next purchase of 1:1 sessions when a referred friend purchases and uses their first 1:1 session.
Group fitness loyalty program:
Returning clients who bring first time clients to class receive one $5 “buddy class” to be redeemed on any Livestream, Outdoor, or On Demand Talitha Dance class.
These “buddy classes” do not expire.
The first time client also gets to try their first Livestream, Outdoor, or On Demand class for only $5.
