What's on Your Plate? - Autumn Nutrition Workshop

Finally get some help translating what you know is good for you into what’s actually on your plate, one meal at a time. Come collect immediately applicable nutrition information such as what exactly does a balanced plate look like? How much exactly is a serving? How do I know how much I should be eating? Let’s work out how you can sustain making healthful decisions starting today, and for crying out loud, let’s make it fun!

On October 25, 2023, at 5:00 pm join us in this $18 60-minute Zoom workshop and walk away armed with actionable steps to get you moving along your wellness journey. If you prefer your camera off, please at least have a photo of your face up so we can see our community.

Bring something to draw on, something to draw with, and, if you’d like, something to add color (crayons, colored pencils, markers, etc.) We’re going to create a plate that will remind you of your goals every time you open the fridge or pull out a menu!
