Our Barre Above® class is a low impact, low cardio, high intensity toning class to upbeat Caribbean, Afrobeat, and Pop music. Our class fuses pilates, yoga, and elements of ballet to deliver a targeted muscular endurance workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but will sculpt your body and improve your strength, balance, postural alignment, body awareness, and flexibility. Our class is open to all fitness levels, as it has movement progressions, and optional weights/equipment.
