Origin story: I always loved dance but having scoliosis surgery in my pre-teen years and then again a decade later put a damper on that as a career goal. I found other ways to incorporate dance into my life, including volunteering as a dance workshop leader working with at risk and homeless youth in NYC. I combined my love for dance and movement with my talent for helping others when I became a fitness instructor and I plan to continue even further to become a Dance/Movement Therapist as well.
What makes you superwoman? I took a huge leap of faith off a very tall cliff believing I could fly when I left my day job in 2018 to commit to Talitha Dance full-time. What continues to amaze me to this day is that not only am I still flying, I'm helping other people find their best self and spread their wings too.
